If you don't receive your items AE will refund your money. So I wouldn't worry.
I think the seizing by customs are not the Problem. The Problem in germany are some lawyers who will sue you in the Name of the Brand. Especially nike roshe shoes were a Problem in the past...

There's a good chance customs might not even inspect the package. They might let it pass anyways, and if they confiscate it you'll be protected by the money back guarantee on Aliexpress.
No, i never bought nike shoes just because of this issue. But you can read it on the net.

They haven't shipped it. Open a complaint. You'll get your money, but never see your item. They do this because they don't hold inventory and don't want the sale to be cancelled, so they sjust lie to extend their processing.

Nike Jacket, wonderful quality bought from Ioffer. Sadly XXXL wasn´t large enough for me, usually L (1.91m and 106kg).

The Beats, solo 2 wireless and solo 2 wired USD95 and USD 70. Awesome sound and nice quality all around. My only complaint was how tight the padding fit to the headphones. (pics in album)

Raybans, nice packaging and the glasses are ok but way too small for me. Womens size which I might have missed in the description. The link to the seller is down but this was the description.

Bose speaker, nice look to it but don´t expect anything special. The charger actually went up in flames or at least emitted a blue flash and smelled burn when I plugged it in so the charger went in the trash and charged with gen phone charger instead. Actually the second charger to burnt, beware. (the first one was for an iphone). Sound ok, looks ok, battery life ok BUT a small and smart speaker that has actually been used quite a lot.
