I do not know if the Gens are still with leather buckles, however they were a pain, as they could not be dry cleaned. So perhaps yours are a better option.
How is the quality of the fabric and the lining?

Why would you want it, other than to scam?
For others a receipt can actually be a costly mistake, as customs duties may be imposed on the basis of the value stated on it. I would recommend anyone to request not to have it sent.
