There is a company in China that will sell you heavy gold plated tungsten bars. Google it, they're good enough reps that some got into circulation not too long ago and caused a near meltdown of the gold market in NYC. Now I'm not suggesting anybody try and buy some. But....

Wanna see what a heavily gold plated tungsten bar looks like? They're so good that when they're xrayed they pass the test. I think there's only one kind of advanced ultrasound that can detect them.

Received my Spyderco Paramilitary 2 rep that I paid $13 for.

Overall pretty happy with the quality of the knife.

Blade is sharp, locking is secure, feels well made.

The biggest problem with the knife is the way you release the blade from the locked position.

There is no notched lever release on top of the knife like the Gen (see last photo).

On this rep you have to slide the grooved part on the bottom over with your finger to release the blade and fold it into the closed position - not very convenient.

I may end up shelling out the $125 and get the Gen from Amazon - probably worth it.

If anyone is looking to get some sunglasses for the summer I highly recommend these: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/top-...-oculos-de-sol-vintage-sport/32279505077.html

Got them in a few weeks ago and they're really good, they feel nice and sturdy and aren't flimsy at all. The only downside was that the baggy and microfiber cloth smelled like they came from a chemical weapon factory, but after leaving them to air for a night and day it's all good. I have the black ones with polarized lenses if anyone is interested in some pics!

Are the polarized lenses glass? How gen do they feel? I'd love to see some pics!!

The high end rep RB shades don't have a "chemical weapon factory" smell to the microfiber cloth, lol.

Isn't that what an 'experiment' should have? It's results?
And documented ones at that. Proof. Without showing the results it's all hearsay.
