Are the $175 yeezys really that much better than the $70 version from seller "Jessie Yeezy" who's also been mentioned on this thread?

Like I said, I think they are better, but for me personally not worth the 100$ difference..I guess nobody will see the differences on the feet in the streets.

175 dollars on rep shoes. Can we have some perspective here....that's about £110........that's a very nice pair of genuine Nike , Adidas or other similar branded trainers? What am I missing....

No different to buying rep watches. £300 can buy you a nice gen seiko. If he has the cash and it makes him happy. They are rep shoes, but if he wanted to buy gen then it's going to cost a whole lot more than that.

Yeah that's just what I thought...spent about 60€ for my Yeezys and they are really good. To have that maybe 5% extra Gen-like feeling you have to pay the double or triple price, that's crazy. But I think it's the same with Rep Watches [emoji1]

It is absolutely crazy. I couldn't believe I had paid that much after I had made the payment. I also thought about how stupid I was every day while waiting for them.
I still think it's a ridiculous price, but since they feel just like gen shoes, and seem to be well made, high quality etc... it sort of feels all right now. If I'd have bought a pair of gen Air Max shoes for example, I would only have paid around €20 less than I did for the Yeezys. So yeah... it's crazy but then again I could (and would) have spent the same amount of money on another pair of shoes that felt just as good and were of the same quality, the only difference is that they would have been produced in an actual Nike/Adidas factory.

So I just picked up my "final version" $175 black Yeezy 350 boost's.

My god, are they comfy! And seem to be really well made too. I am more than happy with them, and just like the seller (Mariner Ocean Ben... or something like that) said, they are true to size.
The shipping was DHL and it was free. He shipped on the 23th and I received them today on the 28th!

Can you post the front of your shoes please? Most of the reps have the stripes going in the wrong direction on the left shoes and the yupoo link seems to show the same for these reps. Here's what they should look like:

I guess you're talking about the pattern? The pattern on my shoe is not angled like on your photo, if that's what you mean.

The only reason I bought them is because I think they look pretty cool, and the only reason I paid that much was because I was hoping the build quality would be reflected in the price.
I haven't even spent 5 minutes researching these reps. I just saw that my seller was well liked on some rep-shoe forum and decided to buy them from him.
So thankfully, this flaw (and I'm sure there are a bunch more) is not a problem for me. If it was a watch with flaws though... I'd be crying right now.

Does anyone know why these Rep Shoes don't go higher than Men's US 12 in sizing?

I have no idea what you guys are even looking at. I've never even heard of these shoes before, so you fooled me! I bet 99% of people don't know what you are talking about either.

It really supports my theory that unless it is your passion or addiction, nobody else even notices. We all assume that the rest of the world is analyzing our watches, because that's what we do, but they don't. Just like non-shoe people don't notice details other than to say "nice sneaks." Or non belts people only notice the belt looks nice. Same with everything else.

I just bought a few stocking stuffers for christmas from Joy's Fashion Store. Shipping was really quick.

Bought this Gucci wallet, it's okay. Maybe the gen sucks too, I don't know.
Bought her LV card holder and business card holder, they are both excellent for under 20 USD. I wouldn't pay the normal price of 40 USD for them though.
The Burberry wallet is nice.

Everything comes in their gen-like packaging, which is probably the best part.

Did you ask of it has any sort of logos on them? Or are they just left off completely?
As there is no mention in the description.
Just curious

Absolutely. 99% of the people wouldn't even know what these shoes are, let alone notice the flaws. However, any sneakerhead would spot these immediately and for $170, this seems like a simple fix to make. The red lines show the pattern difference between gen and rep:

They all came with the logos. I messaged the store owner before I bought for pictures of the actual products, and they had the Burberry, Gucci and LV logos on them in the QC pics.

I can't actually see the difference in pattern that you're highlighting. Are these shoes designed in a way that each and every pair has the exact same pattern or are they like the latest SUPREME Jordans that have a unique pattern on each pair? I would pay £110 for reps of these but only if they were 100% indifferent from genuine pairs. I have to agree that anyone who knows anything about sneakers would probably be looking at them trying to tell what they were, genuine or replica - just the same as we probably do with watches on peoples wrists
