AF just released the Cartier Tank Must

Just saw this on reddit.
Haven't found these listed on any TD sites, however I have contacted a few and they can get it.

As I understand it, AF or A-factory have made some good Cartiers in the past.

What do the experts say about these ones?
Better than the existing F1 or K11 Tank Must?

Look very nice , there are two different size watches in those pictures . The small version which has the 'Cartier' at the five marker , and the large which has the 'Cartier' at the ten marker both quartz . Both tiny watches for a man , i have the Tank Solo XL which is an automatic with date , and can just about pull it off size wise . The case shape , dial, blued sword hands, and crown look good to my eye on this watch .

No, the Large version of the Must is 33.7 mm x 25.5 mm.

NO the sizes are small : 29.5mm x 22mm , large: 33.7mm x 25.5mm both are quartz , and XL: 41mm x 31 mm
The first figure is length , the second is the width .So the large quartz version non date is 25.5 mm , it's the XL version that is 31mm but this version is an automatic with a date window . NO MAN could pull the small version off , some will be able to wear the large . My father in law has a large gold tank Solo the watch this replaced .It looks fine on him as he's a little featherweight of a man , but on me it genuinely looks like a child's watch .

These are up on a couple of websites including Jtime who is a TD on here, for anyone who wants a look .They are priced at $268 for the leather strap, and $278 for the bracelet . One thing i've noticed, the watch looks great and they've obviously spent the R&D money on the exterior asthetic . However the movement is just a cheap Chinese quartz stamped Ronda.Unlike previous efforts AF haven't bothered continuing the asthetic by putting on Cartier plates/emblems to make it look like the genuine Swiss movement .

Nice! I am not an expert but it looks good to my eyes.

I am still waiting on my QC for the Large version, will post them when I get them!

It's a nice watch, however the 4 is always wrong in these watches. IV is the correct 4 and not IIII. For some reason the latter is used and it bothers me

I am not sure where are you looking at, but certainly not at a Gen Cartier Tank must.
It has the IIII and not IV, so the reps do.

I’m awaiting for QC from Steve and I will post my own once I get it.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. When I wrote 'these watches' I meant tank watches in general meaning both gen and rep. I never liked the IIII for 4. I'm a IV for 4 person. I know. I'm weird.

It was $218 from TheOneWatch... but I got 10% off on the total price. Still waiting for QC...

When you say there are two sizes available but no large size - what is the largest that one can buy form AF right now?
