Well dang I just recieved my Clean V3 so I hope this is false. It's pretty spot on aside from the bezel movement.
Enjoy it and don't worry. It'll suck the joy out of the hobby. Most of these top level factories are already pretty good and 95% of general population will never be able to tell anything wrong with it.

There's subtle nuances that might indicate that VSF could be slightly better than Clean (mostly crystal), sure, but remeber it's all marketing from VSF right now. Especially since noone has even recieved a VSF Pepsi in hand or shown QC pictures, and yet they're already making bold claims that it's better.

Nope, you missed out. The VSF is exactly like a genuine. Even the movement is one to one clone. It's all true. There's no need ever for anyone to buy a genuine anymore. VSF finally nailed it.

I read it on Reddit.

There will always be a "next version". Until the watch is available and in hand, you never know.
These all just get better and better. And once in hand, enjoyable if you understand these are not genuine.

Competition is good. Hopefully the VSF is amazing, but in that comparison by Steve, some of the things pointed out about the Clean GMT are not true on mine (my caseback sits flush)

Bezel movement is easily corrected, there is a few "How To's" on the forum if you do some digging ;)

Yes, the clean basil has a known issue where there's absolute crap loads of grease... mine had this issue as well.

Their tolerance is also off on the bezel fit and a genuine hytrel ring doesn't work. Mine was modified with removing all of the grease and using fishing line and now my Beall action is pretty damn good.

I have an ARF GMT as well.

In reality, how often are you spending the bezel anyway?

There is no such thing as a perfect rep, especially at RWI, where reps are ridiculed with a microscope. Rather, I have my top favorite reps that I end up wearing the most, none of which are Rolex.

Yes, it is absolutely unclear that they make 90% of details almost perfectly, but persistently continue to screw up on such an obvious and essential component as the crystal. I mean, it's incomprehensible to me that they weren't able to improve it (drastically improve it) over the time. The only explanation is that for some reason they don't really want to. At least that's how it looks.
if you wish a perfect replica you need to be prepared to invest money in Date wheel, by a Deep Xtal those parts that you are unhappy with.
