Even with a workshop, it's still great work: the workshop doesn't make the craftsman.
LIKE BRAND NEW! Awesome craftsmanship, but a watch is only original once..
this guy is amazing. He did an Omega FlightMaster not long ago and then put it up for auction of Ebay- I put in a couple of bids but I stopped short. Looking back it was a steal- should have been more aggressive.
just started a 1655 project based on a raffles 1675 case.
heavily reshaping the case almost done!
but the raffles caseback is of course incorrect for a 1655. I have a Cartel 1655 caseback and 1680 caseback in my parts box which unfortunately do not fit the raffles case.
Raffles does not have a 1655 caseback.
only other option would be to reshape the 1675 caseback but that still would be too flat compared to a 1655 caseback which has a taller dome

well this did not go so well 
cracked a Sternkreuz crystal. Its a raffles 1675 case i reshaped and it seems that the rehaut is a tad bit wide or the crystal a bit too narrow. There seems a bit of variance either on the raffles cases since the Sternkreuz fits on my other raffles 1675 GMT case perfectly.
I will install gen 116 anyway (together with better dial and bezel), was just a test fit to see how the case looks assembled.

Do you know where one can source a cheap bezel that fits the raffles case? Thats the only thing preventing me from building one myself.well this did not go so well

You could try and find one in the parts section from an old cartel build. - but they have pointed 4s
or you could buy the WSO bezel for 99 usd.
cheap as in the bezel sub 50 dollars. I don't want to pay more for the bezel than the entire watch.
