OMG!
Thanks specialforce !!

This is really a definitive comparison. It is perfect to see and to define the differences.

Old version - mustard yellow
New version - sand yellow of milk-tea (Mcdonalds deleted)
Obviosuly the new colour is not golden perfect but it is much more accurate and nicer than old one

I will include both pics, with your name, and this link, in PAM GUIDE when updating of this watch

Many thanks. Perfect !

REP POINTS ADDED !!

Nice catch!!! this makes it look significantly better than the older model. That mustard yellow really did stand out. very easily seen in all of Marlins pictures and modification posts. Great Contribution indeed.

I know one can not compare the 127 Noob versus the ZF 389 but help me decide because I can't make up my mind and I am really frustrated, so which one is the best gen-like for my money......btw I don't care very much about the back of the fiddy....

OMG!
The PAM 127 Noob is a established Super replica but the ZFac PAm 389 has not been even yet released !!!!
How the hell do you think that we can talk about accuracy and gen-like appearance of ZF PAM 389 without the watch in the market ??.

In other hand, they are completely different watches !

You should get calm

I can take a joke Ale.....I only asked because there is so much to read about the 389 that I took it for granted that it will be a superrep.....but no problem, I just ordered the 127 :)

And even the Destro "217" M.M. needs clockwise winding (strangely enough), with the CG @9.

It is the same movemnt my friend, just canging the position of the crown

It is the same as wearing a PAM 127 with the crown inwards and changing the position of the dial 6->12 and 12->6

I have the 217 and wear it on my middle wrist (left wrist to you earthlings), due to the size of the case and the CG placement, so I take it off to wind...and as someone else said on here...I like to watch the movement as I wind it up!

Ha! I couldn't figure this out for a while...and was thinking, well, if the movement is just flipped over that puts the dial and hands on the wrong side. What?!
Then I realized the movement is just ROTATED 180 degrees...duh!

--->engineer, but I don't deserve it. :spank:

I saw there are two versions of Noob 127 on PT, one priced at 368 and the other priced at 448, is the difference only on the strap?

I also heard today from a Chinese seller that there is actualy a cheaper Noob version launched in Oct, with "plastic" crystal and Hangzhou 6497 movement, instead of the glass crystal and Shanghai 6497, at the cost around 280 usd, can anyone confirm this?

The dealer might be referring to the 372...

As far a price the only difference is the rep strap and the gen gator on the other.
