Im new to this forum and wanted to contribute in this tread by posting my personal 116610LV HULK rep. This is from a local dealer and not one of those high quality reps. Will look to purchase the Noob V9 soon.

Clean factory doesn't have a Hulk insert. Please make one Clean if you are listening!!! I would buy one if I had a LN.

You can try your TD to see if he can source a spare insert. Alternatively you can reach out to Spongebob and he'll be able to provide his inserts with special platinium coating. Otherwise, look in this thead they seemed to have a decent one:

Dude, you should look for a V9/ARF asap. Polished middle links on a hulk are a no go

I agree unless he really like it that way. I’ve seen some gen owners on the Rolex Forum do some strange things like brush PCLs on their Daytona or put a hulk on a jubilee so to each their own
