Some Gen rolex had that ugly blue/greenish tint, other ones are more blue/white. No Idea why they copied that its just.... ZF did a better job on there crystal but i just can't get over the dimble i saw in pictures/videos i really don't like it. It ruins the whole Dial for me no idea why some Gen owner bought it that way, would never pay 8k for a dimble in the middle.

A large dimple is ugly which have seen on early zzfs, but the zf I have has barely in drop to the centre. It's not noticeable, a non issue.

For me its an issue but i don't bash the ZF because like i said the early 2014 Gens has it too. For me i just can't stand it other people just can't stand the misplaced "R" on the VSF Rehaut which i saw on every QC Pic of the LN except for one posted here (also i saw plenty of thin and fat datewheels).

It really depends on with which flaw you can life the most. So no hate against the ZF or ZZF version it is just not the right version for me

Gen here i can't beleive somebody pay 8k (Retail price) for that? Seems like it only must stand Rolex on it and its ok. They fixxed it on later year versions btw.

That's a qc issue not a feature. I don't think any factory is intentionally putting a big dimple in the centre but it can happen even in gen. The reality is light at the right angle will amplify what could be tiny.

Sure some will be more or some will be less but when i see picture like the ones from Substar to be honest it would drive me nuts but its just my opinion i hope they just fix it in the next version.

I'm going to agree with the VSF comments. I've been lurking on this forum for about two years now and watching the reps improve for the better. The VSF sub is impressive especially compared to the Noob V6 that was around when I first got into reps.

Does anyone know if the Noob bezel insert will fit the ZZF V3? I have a spongebob plat bezel on my v7 and am thinking if it'll be a direct swap between the two

My apologies if anyone is waiting on my comparison but I cancelled my order for the ZZF and am sticking with VSF. I initially had a hard time choosing but with further posts lately it seems VSF is definitively ahead. Better crown guards, clearer crystal, no/less dimple in the dial, and I have seen posts on the ZZF V3 insert bezel fading fast while none from VSF owners (as of yet). While the VSF bezel may fade it's not as fast as ZZF's by a long shot.

I believe VSF is the best overall purchase and that is what I am sticking with.

The funny thing is, you have to search through a loooot of images on the Internet to find a single gen where the dimple is even close to what ZF is doing. I almost can't believe both ZZF and ZF had gens in their hand that looked that bad...
