Last Friday I visited with a friend an exhibition of Gen PANERAI in Madrid organized by AD Boutique Panerai Madrid
There was many new Panerai from 2012 and 2013 collections. Nothing no already known for us.

In the show there was a nice girl (watchsmith) assembling and disassembling Panerai movements without lens (naked eye) and with an awesome ability.

I was with my friend showing him the Swan Neck of a Panerai OP XI.

Suddenly the watchsmith girl asked me:
-Do you really know what’s a Swan Neck and how does it work?
-Yes I do - was my reply
-Could you explain it to me, please ?
-Yes, of course.

My friend started to get amused.

You can imagine the rest. About thirty minutes talking and discussing about Swan Neck devices …LOL….
She knew well her job !

Like this a lot, and would very much like to read part II, but the link in this thread doesn't work.
I know this is a 3 years old thread, but still interesting. I have a swan neck problem with my new H Factory Panerai 177.

Thanks for exellent work

that really is an awesome post ALE!

i'm still on the fence about buying the pam111 with the incabloc mod or not - on the one hand, i will likely never see it, on the other hand, i wonder if i would ever show it to a real pam aficionado and say- hey check my pam
