Well I didn't screw it in any direction, as I was afraid to destroy something. In all my previous watches I just pulled it out. I guess it turns out I'm a total noob and I should unscrew the crown first? Counter-clockwise?

It shows 10.30, but no idea if am or pm. I tried pulling it out after wearing it for a while as well as letting it rest. Should I maybe scroll it one way or the other?
