Shipment information Recieved but Package has not been handed to shipper

So, if I'm readinga corerectly, thereaw are delats at the initiakl stages of the DHL shipping process, but once it gets on a plnae, it's very quick, correct? It's just taking long t get to the plane, and that delay can vayry from a coaupole of days to a month, right?

Yes, you are right. As soon as it's picked up by DHL, it will be very quick.

I do not know exactly. We have no control over the shipment

Interesting how some shippers seem to have still relatively quick turnaround tImes, whereas others (DHL?) are much more affected. I am at 3 to 4 weeks waiting with no movement either (China EMS).

Hope itll get better and not in a rush as long as it does arrive eventually.

Our parcels are awaiting pickup in airports not usually serviced by EMS. Terminals without scanning and tracking. After corona opening in China many flights had very strange routings. This mean we might have to wait a very long time for the parcel to arrive at destination.

After waiting 5 weeks, My package made it to my local DHL distribution in my city, US Customs intercepted it, DHL tracking read “contact DHL” , I called DHL , I was instructed to contact US Customs. I did not call. The very next day I received a letter from US Customs via US mail, stating that package had a counterfeit watch.

I forwarded letter to TD and was instructed to wait longer before asking for replacement! It may still arrive. Lol.

That’s my horror story !

I would imagine that most of these delays are for shipments that flew out of CN right after the TDs opened.
CN airlines was denied access to most international airports and had to resort to insane routings. Its not unlikely that our parcels are stuck in Nepal or Mongolia.
New order are probably not an issue.

Be careful guys the purewatch service is no longer as before, they sent me a watch (they say) through dhl and for 14 days it has been in a non-existent space, because dhl has not yet started it. I have written several emails and the only one who answers is jennifer but no one answers the shipping service. I asked for a refund and they don't want to give it to me. I bought the watch on jenuary 27, its months have passed. They take time each time with different excuses. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, keep your watches there are other very serious companies that are shipping quietly, the only ones to have problems are you.

All usps here in NYC are basically losing packages or just outright not delivering them. And to make matters worst they are not taking responsiblity for it which I DO NOT BLAME THEM. With so many postal workers with covid19 I rellenteslly told puretime do not ship with USPS, I actually prefered DHL as bad as it sounds but DHL is actually delivery international packages here and so is FedEX. The shipping dept confirmed it was going to be sent out DHL now today I ask for tracking and BOOM a fuckkkking USPS label was made. Immediately told puretime to just refund me and dont send the watch. His reply was "Have you read this thread https://forum.replica-watch.info/for...ded-to-shipper ? That explained why we did not use DHL. We have been shipping by USPS in this month and every goes well"

I bought a watch off another seller yesterday and that seller sent it via FEDEX express because he clearly understands the situation here in NYC.

I just want my money back and I don't want to deal with puretime. Too many other TD's shipping with other carriers instead of cutting corners to save nickle and dimes.

Cheer up, mate. Everything takes more time these days and the DHL issue turned out lately which was also openly communicated by the TD. He has no influence on the logistics companies and will try to solve the problem. Can't happen over night though and shouting doesn't help anyone.

I am sorry if you are not sastified with this. We change shipping methods from time to time, especially under current situation because of the Covid2019. Our shipping company has lots of experiences and they ship many packages to USA everyday. I believe they will always use the best way. Please do not dispute as you warned to us. We have recalled the package and we will issue you a refund .

Once shipped, I would expect at least 3-4 weeks. Although mine was shipped with SF Express, it shipped 3 weeks ago and is still waiting to get on a plane in Hong Kong. My wife ordered some elastic from Hong Kong and it took a month using USPS.
