My calliper says TF: 10.4mm , JF 10.5mm

So JF (j12) is thicker by 0.1mm. Many have reported greater variation, but then again they are measurements made by diff members instead of using the same calliper for both watches. Or it could be that I got a fat TF haha

I am amazed.. I have heard so many people saying that the JF tap is wrong, that the TF has a better pattern.. now come to look at the TF Vs JF Vs Gen!! I see that the color, the tap pattern of the JF is 99% like Gen.. look at the pics above for TF, JF, and the pics below of a Gen that I uploaded here.

I bought a TF a while ago. I feel it's very "shiny", the link, case etc. Is the JF the same? Im thinking of buying a JF white dial to remove my blue TF dial (since its fugly).. Is the shine on the JF ss link and case the same as TF or would this change just up it a lot?

The 15400 is a blingy watch. If you dont like the way the light shines off the links then its not the watch for you

That's precisely the reason I like it I hope the JF has that gen shine to it and reflects light like the gen
