A lot of people seem to be going for this rep. Is there some recent development which has led to an increased level of confidence regarding 7750 movements with running seconds at 6? Or are we just seeing a bunch more people deciding to roll the dice simply because this Spitfire is a popular style?

Oh yeah, forgot about the mod he'd developed. Heard any feedback yet from any members who've got back a modded sec@6 watch from him?
Since almost each and every of my A7750 movements have had to be serviced sooner or later, I'll purchase this one too. My watch smith is most probably going to have a nervous breakdown.

I believe he doesn't work on watches with DW. Only sec @ 6 movements without, e.g 3714.
That's too bad, well then I guess I'll just pray to the watch gods

You might as well try to get yourself a capable watch smith, that might do the trick once the movement fails.

Yep Domi confirmed this already. Does not work with sec@6 with date. only no date models

Black or at least darker dwo.... I think this is the first update of the first release when they misprinted the caseback "spiteire".
So definitely not one of the newer versions.

No one knows for sure yet. I am taking the gamble and ordered one. Rejected the first qc's because of misaligned dw.

Where did you order from? I'm considering getting one from IT which has pretty good reviews around here.
I use Toro, but intime is a great option as well
