This post alone is proof positive he has no intention of making things right. I think its way past expecting any form of payment to be made. I also remembered his name coming up in the past when I first saw this thread but I didn't recall the situation until TB posted about it. He never made right on those rip offs either so there's no reason to believe he will now.

Let's address his statement for you to file the PP dispute ( F you PP you suck, that's just a side note from me lol), his real agenda here is to buy more time by wasting yours and getting you involved with PPs bullshit policies and a hope that PP will refund you, however don't count on that. Or he thinks perhaps you funded your PP purchase with your cc and you may finally end with a refund from a cc chargeback. You see his way of thinking is if you get the refund from PP or your cc you'll be happy and just shut up and this then goes by the way side as he looks for his next prey. Its all just part of the game for him.
Guys like this go to great lengths to abuse PP which isn't difficult if their some what sharp. Usually all their PP information is bullshit and then they just make new accounts as they go along.

All the CONUS guys will remember all the little blue pill/blood pressure etc. emails they have received over the years and the online Canadian pharmacies selling cheap drugs?
I'm sry for the emails - that wasn't me but the pharma that left Europes grey market was.
100,000's of packages were made at Heathrow airport and taken to the self serve depots around the airport (4) Big boxes broken into little boxes and mailed everyday.. year in and year out - ALL BY SELF SERVICE!
When a few new doctors jammed me up on a shipment +50K my managers figured out - get a self serve receipt, send it to the doctor as proof of posting if the excuses start then NEVER take them on as a customer!
It is standard procedure still. ( I hear-not involved any more)
That said, I'm sure that some of the boys working in warehouses at the airport, packaging drugs for a living would like to take a day off and go for a drive.

I think I get the gist of it. I think he's trying to say that with his shipments, if any of the clients started asking questions about drugs not being sent, he just got a self service receipt and show it to them to trick them into thinking that it was sent.
