So you are saying that the crystal is pretty accurate on the rep, correct? It's just because I see a lot of people complaining about almost non-existent AR, just was curious how it is on the gen. Thank you.

The double AR will make the dial shine much more. The gen dial is brighter in a way.

Looks good to me! Luckily the first QC pics of the first watch shown to me by my TD showed a off-centered logo and I asked if they had another one and it was WAYYYY Better.

Ask for several different dates. The several I have had have been very inconsistent in having nice centered dates in the date window

Ive taken Edges advice and replaced the Gen Strap with the Miyota REP Bracelet.... Does that make my watch a Franken build now . After wearing the original bracelet for a while you can definitely feel a roughness to the REP bracelet in comparison, but look and fit are 99% there......

I received the "TF Best Version" 15400 bracelet today and it does fit fine on the gen watch and looks the part. The finish is a somewhat rougher and possibly a touch duller, the chamfered beveled edges on the links are not quite as perfect and are too aggressively angled, there's about a 3mm gap between the two halves of the bracelet when the buckle is engaged. But on the wrist, unless you look really close at the sides of the links or the points where the bracelet mounts to the lugs you won't notice anything amiss. All flaws considered, I'd give it about 85% appearance-wise, and overall, for about $100 shipped it's a freaking amazing bargain (only 4%-5% of the gen bracelet price).

Glad you went for it, I know which version I prefer to get scratched up desk diving ....
