I agree, I'm long time silent reader about to pull the trigger on a JF and was feeling the same thing about this thread. It uses to be great through !

Also, a long time silent reader and considering the JF 15400 (black dial). Before pulling the trigger, just wondering whether another update is expected in the near future? (the last update seems to be Oct 2015).
