hi guys, I am fairly new to rwi, but i have been more active on rg.

You guys in the Tourbillon section are the best out there in terms of info and expetise in this very upmarket section of the rep world. Thanks for such an initiative.

i am a about to pull the trigger on a Breguet Tourby

i love the black dial, but i am wondering if the gen exists ( i could not locate her on the net)

also i think it might need an AR job , what do you guys think ?

would it be an automatic version, marketed as manual ?

there is no gen of that version... only the white dial gen exists.

The AR on that model is great. no need to touch it. Its slightly blue, just like the gen (white dial) I've held the gen and mine and IMO the crystal is spot on.

I know the white dial is available from any TD. I had not known they made a black dial.. its probably a newer model they decided to throw together to feed the market.

Would you refined connoisseurs give me your opinions ( in terms of Durability ?; closeness to gen ? and overall appeal ) on the followings:

Check the spelling of the VC! Some have bad mistakes...

Could someone point me to where I can learn more about the cartier Tourbillon (both the calibre and ballon bleu). I am in the market for a nice Tourbillon - currently split between VC Malte Tourbillon, Breguet Power Reserve, and the cartier ones... Your advice would really be appreciated. Thank you.

I want in on the club!

I'm making a decision between these three:

And...

And...

The JLC and VC are 43mm and the ALS is 42mm

I'm personally leaning towards the JLC but the Vacheron is growing on me fast.
What do you guys think?

The dial on the VC looks awesome. Not sure how i feel about the tourby dial at the top though. Kinda unique...

Agreed. I almost wish either just the tourby or moonphase was there at the bottom.
I'm really curious to see what the VC dial looks like in person.
