FC Diver- Andrews can suck it!

I am glad I got my money back in June.....so much for the movement, they never announced on the web what kind of movement it has. I never recognized it before. Love my Gio case with Angus v2 ...it is not perfect but runs fine and looks good.

H-Facs new M.O. seems to be using this movement rather than the nicer ETA clones, and charging the same price. BP fac uses this movement also, but in their sub 200$ formerly-21j price point models.

Ill probably be flamed for this but I got my diver today. It's bloody awesome. Movement is fine so far, dial is great. AR could be improved.

BTW - Count me as one who likes his too. Went to visit a friend who works at the local AP dealer and we looked at the Rep and Gen side by side. Pretty much what you said. Dead ringer for the Gen, but the crystal could be a teenie bit better on the Rep as the Gen crystal has a little less glare and makes the Gen dial look a little crisper and shinier.

On the wrist the Rep looks good enough to pass as a Gen - easily.

I will agree the cyclops is quite poor. In sunlight it is disappointing.

However the attention to detail is very nice. Things like the cut-outs for the screws in the ceramic bezel are absolutely perfect.

i dont hate the watch either. yes i have issues with it. build quality on a few parts is pure $hit. but i do hate the way andrews does his business.

anyhow. i modded a few things on the watch. thread coming up!
