Taking care of a ST-19 movement

I recall that there is an article regarding how to take care of the 7750, e.g where not to reset the chrono, do not reset it while its running etc..

Is there something similar for the ST19 movement?
Need advice on how to take care of one. :)

Strap it onto your wrist >>>

Set the correct time...Feel free to use the chrono buttons as frequently as you wish....at the end of the day, remove the watch, place in a clean dry environment....
Repeat this regimen for the next 5-10 years!!!
Those movements are superbly built, and very reliable, right out of the box!!:maty::maty:

The St-19 is the ONLY movement in our reps that can come close to using the words "bullet proof", and is without question the best chrono movement in reps...I've had a few act strangely now and again, as I have had close to 30 watches with this movement, but it's extremely rare.
