But I really don't see any blue color in AR of gen 390
The pic showed in your post has a blue reflection in all watch: bezel, case becuase there are blue objects over the watch

Ale....you won't have a gen to compare against will you? If the kv390 exhibits more of a blue tint than the kv417 it may just mean that quote from the gem forum is correct. We must compare it against the gen. That's the only way to know the truth. I am very happy with the kv417 so if the 390 has that level of quality I will be very happy. Judging by the pics the quality is where it should be.
Yea that's what i was thinking as i posted it but figured it was worth a shot. I have looked at several ads online for 390's being sold and not one of them showed any blue reflection. Most likely because each picture was probably taken in a way to avoid any reflection what so ever.
I went back and looked at the pics of the noob on pure times site and the pics of the kv on the kv site. I don't like the look of the kv CG pin. Seems to stick way out...not recessed at all. Changed my order to the noob version!
On the rolex forum it's not to do with the pictures, it's more to do with what one 390 owner said: The dial on the 411 is black instead of brown and the numbers are almost engraved out of the dial whereas the 390 they are clearly printed on the surface. The blue AR coating is more visible on the crystal of the 390 too.

Yes I think you are right but I have committed to the noob version so that's what I will receive. Both watches are super rep level so I can't go wrong....I hope!

Perry, but not for that! don't trust the catalogue pics.!
I have advised you to change to Noob but not for this reason.
KW has the best CG pin by far. Always flat and polished and almost all times well recesed. Believe me. You will see in the Case-set Review.
Anyway I think you have take a good decisión.

Hi Everyone, I got my QC pics from a TD here. I purchased and paid for a KW Pam390 but my QC pics & my eyes are saying other wise? Can someone with better trained eyes help me out. It looks like its a HFactory Pam390 but im not 100% sure.
