no - please enlighten me
I've purchased over 50 watches from Intime since they became a TD. I had one watch that arrived with an issue and they gave me a credit towards my next purchase. I had a coherent and reasonable conversation with them and it was dealt with. It's not their fault. I've sold watches on this forum that left my hands working perfectly. They arrive on the other end with an issue. As normal human beings we work things out. You sound like a pest of a customer who is clueless on how this hobby works. You're buying a fake Chinese watch. Sit down and act like an adult.

I would blame the factory if I bought it from the factory. Unfortunately I bought it from Ryan hence blaming Ryan. All that is confirmed is the watch made it China. Everything else is speculation... How, in your opinion, a statement "Your watch would be repaired one day..." passes as a honouring the warranty? Try to apply the same logic to a fridge you bought, a TV, a car, etc. Even to cheap Chinese one
Holy fuck you are insane - there's no point in arguing witb you.

But since you're determined to fight this out and you seem brain dead to use critical thinking

Let me remind you THIS IS FUCKING ILLEGAL REPLICA WATCHES NOT LEGAL GOODS

You are applying logic of legal goods to the illegal replica. Get it through your thick skull.

What do you want the TD to do? Storm into the replica factory apartment and hold everyone hostage until your watch gets repaired? Would it surprise you to know that even dealers don't know anything about factory operations, they run through agents?

Go buy a gen watch instead. Jesus fuck.

So in this case the TD sends the watch back to the factory. What do you want him to do? The factory has the watch now and he can't do shit about it. Blame the rep game...

What watch did you order, might I ask? What clone movement?

When I sent my VS Panerai to get repaired it took 3 months for them to "repair" it.

You are intitled to an opinion. I don't see how your comment is contributing to this community.
TESLA760 has forgotten more about replica watches than you even know.

Show me 1 post where you did a replica comparison, or discussed watches, or anything. Anything other than the bitching.

Do you really think that adding expletives gives more weight to your opinion? Makes me laugh :)

By the way. Why sending back the watch to China in first place? Just get it repaired locally.
This is an interesting question. I have read in other posts that it almost impossible to repair replicas as no respected watchmaker in US/EU would touch it. Also I was thinking that being closer to the source would ensure parts availability if needed. I guess I was wrong...

I guess you had more luck then I did. You are sharing your experience, I share my. I had quite a number of email conversations with Ryan, polite every time, never had unreasonable demands - as you said, hoping that two normal human beings could find a solution. But all I have got from him was - refund - no, replacement - no, repair - one day (not like one day repair :) ) If, at least, he would say that repair could take 3,4, 6 months I would just wait. I guess If I had a long history with them the results would be different.
As far as offering me an advice on how to act, it was probably not something I have asked you for. In fact I don't see how this advice contributes to the community...

The rep you bought shouldn't be that complicated to fix,

In your shoes, I would try to have it postponed, I'm sure you'll solve it somehow... better to lose a little money than lose everything.

You're part of the new entitled members that join. First post is always a compliant or some stupid multiple post timeline. How about giving us some content or feedback on reps vs gens based off what you see with your eyes. I'm sure nothing will change because the new breed is all about tracking and qc

I guess I was wrong...
You were, and you are, in so many ways.
Anyway, if I tally up your ramblings:
-the watch is not lost in China Customs
-Ryan confirmed he got back the watch
-it's been 4 months but unclear from when you are counting, 4 months from date of confirmation he got it, or from when you sent it back?
-you need to wait an unknown amount of time and this is pissing you off
-what rep is worth a thousand usd?

Warranty is always to factory. Be it rep or any object. If you buy a DOA watch from Walmart, I assure you that Walmart will send it to the factory. TD is just a distributor as you have no access to the factory, none.

Anyway, I know it is useless to try to convince you that you are wrong. We have seen countless people like you bitching around in bad faith.

It always ends up the same possible ways:
-your reputation is established as noone will trade with you in M2M
-you disappear after some time
-you get banned because you end up being insulting or racist
-you provide entertainment for the time you are around
-the watch gets back to you someday, but your ego will prevent you from admitting publicly that you got it
-even if you do admit you got it back, you will slide in a snide remark

You drawl more flies with honey than you will with salt. What a TD can do for a customer and what he does can be miles apart. Understand there’s communication issues and respect issues involved. The trusted dealer returned a product to the factory that provides him with watches. With the volume of watches he buys the TD should be able to deduct the price of the returned watch or receive a replacement after a certain period of time. By now the TD is probably pissed off and decided that he’s done trying to assist.
Lots of good people have given you their best advice and you’re thick headed. You’re not wrong so much as you’re unreasonable and hostile. Nobody tried to screw you. Shit happens in life and it sucks. Embrace the suck my friend and treat people the way you want to be treated and things might change for you. Just saying

-you disappear after some time - most likely
-you get banned because you end up being insulting or racist - not sure what gives you grounds to say that, on contrary, so far it was me who have been a subject of aggression from highly sophisticated luxury watch affectionates
-you provide entertainment for the time you are around - agree, the entertainment is mutual
-the watch gets back to you someday, but your ego will prevent you from admitting publicly that you got it - put it his way I don't believe it would but the possibility is there. If it happens of course I would update my post here. that goes without saying
-even if you do admit you got it back, you will slide in a snide remark - You provided such a detailed account of future events, I wish I could borrow your crystal ball

Let's see indeed.
For the moment, you are exactly on this trajectory.

Maybe you won't end up along my prediction. I will be happy to be wrong.

I agree with you re: the honey and a swat, for four months I have tried to be very, very reasonable, polite and understanding. The amount of honey used there was adequate. You probably mistaken my original post with some of the replies given. I am not after an advise. The time of advise has gone already. All I am doing is sharing my experience and opinion dealing with InTime. Most likely this opinion is of no value to the regulars of this forum. All of you have your own experience dealing with Ryan and you do need my. At the same time there are thousands of new potential customers looking for their first purchase from one of the TDs and all I am saying is that from my experience I do not recommend them to purchase from InTime
