He goes the extreme - he welds extra metal to the CGs before cutting them and filing them down similar to what he did for my 6538 lugs

Yes those are becoming difficult to find now! They get posted and disappear in a flash.

This is one of my favorite parts of that build... took me almost a year to find one.
