Anyone else think B factory looks better? The rehaut engraving on B matches closer to gen. RXF rehaut letter E is just horrendously done and ruins the watch. Coronet looks better on B as well. Personally I find the stuff you cant go gen like a proper rehaut engraving more important than dial markers, crystal, dw that can easily be swapped gen.

B is ZZF and yes the engraving is really good on them.

Too bad it’s a 2824... a few years ago I could get that you would prefer an a2824 to an sa3135 but now, with vr3135 widely available ?
i mean if you are OCD enough to compare macro pictures of bezel teeth and hands pinion, why would you accept a date that doesn’t change instantly at midnight and a time setup in the wrong direction ?

What about the hbb v6 .. looks better ..
The internal engraving is better .. 2824 better ..markers look better .. not sure about the rest

RXF side has informed that they are actually a team from XF Factory that specialises in Rolex models.

They are planning to release more models in the future and this is just the start.

The V6F rehaut looks like the outdated Rolex "double line" engraving. Let's wait until first users receive their watches and have the chance to shoot some macros. Mass produced specimen might look different from the golden prototypes used for promotion.

RXF side has informed that they are actually a team from XF Factory that specialises in Rolex models.

It does not seem to me a double engraving ..
It is said that 2824 improved and stabilized it already gives an advantage ..
The dail
looks really good even better than zzf ..
Including the hands in particular the best second hand I have seen ..
The glass is a bit high but looks good and the best I have seen in a magnifying glass ..
I have zzf v2 and the metal around the markers is very thin I have not seen an gan so thin .. I go for the v6 ..

I have a sea dweller red line rep from ARF with an a2824 that changes instantly at midnight.. are there different versions of a2824??

So it's not 2824 .. 2824 starts to change about half an hour before midnight .. I have Y.M of AR and also SD43 gold of AR and also 2 dj 41 blue and gray of AR and in all of them it starts to change half an hour before midnight

Either its labelled wrong on the website or I got super lucky, not complaining at all

I just can’t Get over how bad the sel fit is on these. They have focused their attentions to some good features like the crown guards etc but the biggest detail on a Rolex of any type in the modern era is the bracelet fit to the case and this is a big fail if they want to take on ARF and ZZF with this release!!

yes, gap between the SEL and lugs quite noticeable in the video review... looked much better in the promotional photos. To be fair, this is only 1 piece so maybe early QC issues

The video mentioned every watch would come with a pamphlet which have photos (similar to those posted by trustytime on page 1) of how the watch is better than competitors and closer to gen. Hopefully the owners won’t be disappointed when they compare their watches against the photos

Haven't approved yet and I am not asking for QC checks. However since this is the first of its kind, any advice is welcome (but not required) :cheers:

• Rehaut is misaligned but I can fix that by carefully shifting the movement a degree by loosening the movement tabs.

• Main concern is SEL fit. Doesn't look fantastic to me :Spock:

• Dial looks amazing but the Officially Certified is drunk...

• Date seems centred

Looks quite nice to me. Movement alignment is no big deal yes, very tad bit on the left and you're done. SELs are not fantastic but goid enough, not a deal breaker to me. I'd approve it, this DW looks really good too.

Totally agree. The SEL fit ruins a valid watch.

Red lighted. The drunk font would drive me insane. SEL fit can be taken care of with spring bars and a little work. But the font....yuck
