I don’t think it’s any bolder at all. Zooming right in, the letters appear the same thickness, font is very similar too

Maybe he is talking about the dial color? Everything else looks spot on.... Dial looks pretty good to me though, but of course depends on the lighting. ARF has never let me down as far as dials go.

There was a comparison of the blue ARF DJ41 to a gen blue YM earlier, i would say its very close. But depending on lighting, ARF doesnt have that "deep" blue shine in low light, it looks at tad lighter in colour. As for the rhodium judging from the DJ36 comparisons, i think its as good as it can get, any further we'd need a gen dial or simply god knows how many versions later.

Seems like the "6" and "9" has like a stronger serif. But then again gen dw has its variations. I would leave my ARF stock with that datewheel.

Indeed it does. Tc was a good match for older bolder Gen font this batch of ARF DW is almost the same. Modern Gen DW are a tad thinner now.

Guys who had both jubilee and oyster bracelet..is jubilee same durable as oyster? Im thinking of waiting for jubilee instead of this oyster.. i have daytona arf with oyster so little change could be better

Shall receive my rep next week, so far from the QC pictures it's not overly bold. But will look for a solution to get rid of the horrible date wheel. I also think the magnification is wrong, it's overly warped and stretches/distorts the date magnification a bit. Maybe a custom crystal would help out to make the date look less magnified.

I think Putting a better xtal on will make a difference

I agree. I think the jubilee looks good with the beveled bezel. Should the ARF DJ41 become available with a smooth bezel, I'll consider the oyster bracelet more than the jubilee bracelet.
