Hi All, it looks like Panerai have just announced another 42mm model with a newly designed stainless steel bracelet, the PAM 722. There is also a 44mm version (PAM 723).
I'm definitely a bracelet guy when it comes to sport watches. While the design update to this bracelet looks to be pretty subtle I think it looks very nice. The bracelet appears to be slightly tapered now with satin or brushed finishing throughout rather than alternating brushed and polished finishes like the old design.
Having a smaller wrist I'm really loving having more Panerai options in 42mm. If the factories do a nice job with this one I may have to pull the trigger!

The bracelet looks much more refined than the old bracelet. Curious about the case thickness...

I just read that the bracelet is meant to be compatible with any 1950's case with the P.9010 movement. If that is true I'd love to get one of these bracelets for my Pam 682 submersible!

Finally, Panerai puts out something that remotely can compete with a Submariner in size, design and price.

It's probably because of the reduced polished parts on this new old-style bracelet, now only thw middle parts are polished. Before the crescent shaped part was also polished.

It looks like the leather strap versions of these watches (PAM 1312 and PAM 1392) have already been repped. Hope we see the bracelet versions sooner rather than later!

Saw that as well and it instantly caught my eye. They are saying its simply a PAM1312 on a bracelet (the 44mm version) and 42 as well. I hope these come out soon. Perhaps VSF with the new movement. I want one for sure. I have been wanting a more rugged bracelet pam for a while but all of them are sold out with TD's - count me in for this one for sure.

Any word on if/when this will be released?

Tired of wearing Subs, and LMPO's are occasionally too bling - the 42mm Pam 722 on a bracelet would be nice! Hello Noob? Hello VSF? Hello @puretime ?

I went to AD to check the Gen 723 and the bracelet is not compatible with older cases because the 9010 movement is thinner and the case also.

Yes, that's certainly possible as the P.9010 equipped watches are slimmer than their P.9000 counterparts but @gsxcbr1 was referring to the other P.9010 equipped watches like the PAM682, hence also using the slimmer case.
