Yes they keep adding that stupid Automatic on all new dials and it just clutters and spoils the design. I wish I could erase itCan't wait for this one. Engraving on the outside of the buckle is nice detail but dial would be nicer without Automatic written on it. Still it's stunning!
I agree it goes against the grain for a supposed ultra surgical lookYes they keep adding that stupid Automatic on all new dials and it just clutters and spoils the design. I wish I could erase it

Hold on... This is the most exciting release of the year and it hasn't been repped yet?

... and the 722 could be a nice Panerai for her in the US/EUI’m sure that’s true for the US, but I wonder if that’s the case globally? Hong Kong and China account for more luxury watch sales volume than the US. In the Asian markets the average wrist size is smaller and I would imagine that 42mm Panerai’s do pretty well there.
All I can say to that is I live in Tokyo and have never seen a 42 and only one or two 40s. Countless 44s and even 47s.I’m sure that’s true for the US, but I wonder if that’s the case globally? You need a big watch, a statement watch to flaunt your wealth.. Regardless of wrist sizeI’m sure that’s true for the US, but I wonder if that’s the case globally?
