I assume you are talking about a mod of Incabloc swapping it for a gen Incabloc with gen lyre spring. Because I don’t like cosmetic mod of Incabloc (of course, this mod doesn't affect at all the working of the watch)
I will say my opinion
People who are able to tell Incabloc mod, will be able to see other flaws.
Then they will tell it is a rep even with Incabloc mod
You would need a complete mod, with gen Incabloc, cosmetical Swan Neck spring Mod, swapping the short micrometric screw for correct length, polishing edges of Wheels (Rachet and Crown), swapping screws wheels for gen ones, brushing gear train, polishing edges of bridges, changing the crown for a H maker or another “slim†crown like a KW…
Even with above mentioned mods, a replica trained eye person, with the watch in his hand and mainly with a lens, could tell the rep in some seconds.
- Swan Neck spring shape and fixations (even modified)
- OFFICINE PANERAI inscription on bridges
- CDG pattern on bridges
- Micrometric Screw without regulation holes (if it is no gen)
- CG Lever shape (arm lever shape, lever tip and roller support)
- Bevelled on crystal
- Lugs shape and placement and contours joining the case
- Finish between lugs
- Sharp Cutouts on Sandwich dial
….
Therefore IMO, complete Mod or no Mod
