Not exactly true. While face eating isn't exactly a predictable outcome, heavy, prolonged stimulant (read: cocaine and methamphetamine) abuse can induce severe psychotic episodes. How different people react to such episodes is probably the result of a combination of personality traits and underlying mental conditions, but this incident isn't that unbelievable. Some dude in an episode of methamphetamine induced psychosis, I believe, decapitated his son and threw the head out of his truck window on the interstate because he believed that his son had been possessed by the devil. There was a pretty grisly incident at my undergraduate university in 2005 where a guy, likely experiencing cocaine psychosis, along with another girl shot his girlfriend in the head, tried to dismember her in the bathtub with a hacksaw, got about halfway through, gave up and tried to flee to mexico. Stimulant psychosis can make people do some weeeeeird shit.
Small world! I used to go to parties all the time where Colton was shroomed out of his mind. Strange kid. Wannabe coke dealer too...
