IMO:
This watch has high quality/price ratio.
Pros: bezel, dial, case, hands quality it's really outstanding for a cheapie rep.
Cons: size case 15 mm thickness (13.9 mm gen).

Watcha reckon? I am planning to franken this.

Absolutely! Here's mine on the Kizzi vintage velcro strap from my gen moonwatch. (It's for 20mm lugs, but you get the idea.)

OP, I think this will be a difficult one to franken since the case is larger than the gen (44mm vs. 42mm) and I'm not sure what (if any) gen parts would fit. I say enjoy it for what it is, a stellar rep at a great price, and a watch with a TON of history behind it.
