Rep or gen?

I'm an AP newb, so I can't tell. But I'm sure some of you guys will be able to tell immediately!
Is this a rep or a gen? I'm thinking replica because of:

1- chrono hour hand does not reset properly
2- some screws look misaligned
3- date wheel looks off...

Of course I could be massively wrong!

What do you think?

easiest tell for those in the know is how close the date window is to the edge of the dial. with a gen there is a noticeable space. the rep is very close to the tachy ring.

+1. This is the easiest tell. 100% rep. Also, chrono pushers are not rounded.
