I purchased a watch which allegedly has 3 year warranty and a 30 no quibble money back guarantee.

I got this from Watch Exact, TopPureTime, Sales Swiss, ETA 911,

Whilst the watch LOOKS amazing...

The rubber strap is stiff and uncomfortable and the movement inside the watch rattles like something I bought off a crook on the beach. I paid $300 approx for this and when I made my concerns clear, I received 3 polite emails from the company - none of which agreed to give me my money back.

I was offered another watch cheaper.
An opportunity to send it back and repair it.
But no 30 refund.

Shame -

Nice company to deal with - watches look great. But they should not charge big money for reps unless they are $300 dollars worth i.e. as good as a $300 Seiko or Casio or GSHOCK or Diesel or Fossil for example.

Wouldn't mind so much if it was cheaper.

Buyer beware.

So what's the problem with the watch? The rattling? If it's a 7750 movement that's normal, as for as good as Seiko , Fossil or Diesel , good luck finding one for $300 with an automatic chronograph movement , AR sapphire crystal and probably ceramic case as I suspect you bought a HBB

Now I see that you bought a $300 watch from a non-trusted dealer, why don't you post a pic of the watch, maybe he didn't send you a good replica, for $300 you can get some really good reps , some of them are better value than similar priced gens. Look on the Pam's section to see how amazingly good those are or AP Diver that can fool even a master watchmaker into thinking it's original even after opening the case, or Hublot V6 .

Most reps come with a lifetime warranty.

When they go wrong, the mainspring snaps and slashes your wrist.

a warranty from a place that has four different names? Post a pic, lets check it out. We might be able to help you determine if its worth repairing. About the strap, you can get a decent one for cheap.

Very big support system
Wondering about hand wind mechanicals received 15,000 different response saying the same thing in different words making sure I understood how to whine it properly. Ovk a member maybe sarcastically but he offered to post a vid of it
RWI is your friend read a lot here
Loads of material
Huge way to kill/pass time even if the topics don't interest you, always good to know
