ZZF V2 Submariner - Very long term reliability?

Well, I got my crystal repressed but there is a gap between my case and bezel now. The plastic ring that was holding bezel seemed a little deformed before installing again :/

the crystal also stands now lower than the bezel.

anyone knows how to solve this? ????

Reps have come a long way! I recall after a few sledge hammer blows indices would fall off!

Probably the biggest tell for a rep

Nobody in his right mind would wear such an expensive piece doing construction work unless you are probably Jeff Bezos working on his holiday ranch for leisure activity purposes.

Who did the work? If you’re capable, keep in mind the nylon bezel retaining ring has an inside/outside profile, might be inside out?

Eight year old H-Factory Skyland Avenger as good as new. No Rolex, these were generally bad back in the day (few exceptions). Anyway, a quality watch is a quality watch and will age accordingly.

It’s me again so I guess the deformed nylon ring in the bezel (which was bent after removing the bezel) causes this huge gap between the bezel and the case. Also, bezel sits higher than the crystal now.

I heard that the nylon ring is replaced everytime the bezel is removed. So anyone knows if I can find/order a new nylon fastening ring for my ZZF V2?

If removed and installed properly it should yield a decent life span. There is a seller on eBay selling packs of 5, I’ll try to look for it.
