ZZF Ref 114060 V2 vs Gen honset review

but it doesn't say that it's a V2 specifically. It does say V2 with the 116610.

Would you guys agree that the 114060 is a V2 too?

That isn’t a ZZF.

Different rehaut style, different lug engravings, different bracelet/clasp codes, an SA3130, squared off dial indices. Looks like a noob.

Can somebody please tell me where the announcement is that says there is an actual 114060 ZZF v2 released? Usually Li does an announcement and review. I see one for the 116610 ZZF v2 but not for the other one. Are we just making an assumption it is also released?

There was never it was listed by Li as ‘new batch’it’s been coined V2 here

I think Sead has it listed as v2.

They ditched the 3130 movement decoration
Improved rehaut engravings (not spacing)
Got rid of the dial indentations around the hour markers.

They each have their pros and cons, it depends on what aspects of the rep is more important to you.

Although I do prefer my ZZF, however, based on my single anecdotal experience, the QC for ARF was better, and may be a better 1st choice for newer members.

If anyone buys an ARF be sure to check if the tube was seated correctly in the case. ARF is still routinely letting this unacceptable flaw pass through to buyers.

Holy smokes!!! The ZZF is worth a buy just for the markers!

But yeah if you want a good ZZF qc be on the lookout for rehaut engravings spacing, print issues on the dial, dw alignment and crooked dial markers.. am I missing anything? So far we haven’t seen cracked inserts which other reps have a problem with

I have this issue too, most TDs have no idea anyway, so you might end up with a V1. My TD says that it's available only with VR3130, people here say that it's actually an A2836,... Li from Jtime hasn't specifically said anywhere that the 114060 has received the same updates as the 116610, so the whole thing is more than confusing. Since there are plenty potential QC issues with the ZZF I think I'll just go for the 2824 ARF. I won't be doing any mods, so it's good enough for me. I just wish ARF made a no date sub, that would be a killer.

Yes. And also check that the position of the hour hand is true to the minute hand. There’s some evil guy at ARF who does not put them on properly.

Easy to know if you get v1, dial with indentation, terrible rehaut and decoration to look like 3130 movement
