How can i tell the difference between a V2S and a V3
Noob here

the new v3 come with clasp code «1LD» the v2/v2s have C4R. Also the bezel is very stiff on v2, v3 is smooth and better platinum.

Fantastic thankyou, am I right in saying there was a cross over period when the V2s had all the V3 upgrades but without the clasp ?
I've just brought either a V2s or V3 from someone in here and trying to see which it is. The seller wasn't sure

Thats true I have late V2S no-date and hulk both with all V3 upgrades except the bracelet.

Hulk is from November same month when V3 launched.

If you post pics I can tell that to you right away.

Can you also let me know if the VR3130 is a good reliable movement. What sort of variations are people getting ?

I think it's V3 looking at the SELs seems like the new ARF bracelet.

Once you receive it check the clasp code but the V2S C4R bracelet never had such a good SELs.

Oh and the VR3130/3135 movement is good and reliable can be regulated to couple of seconds per day.

What are you looking for to make it a V3

The clasp does say C4R

Would be nice if it was a V3 apart from the clasp.

If it's C4R it's a very V2S so has all V3 updates without the new ARF bracelet.

I can see it has all the updates even the latest V3 case.

Sorry I have one more question.
Where would be best to get it serviced? I've seen a few people say to get it stripped when you first get it as there may be dirt from factory.
I can't imagine just any watch Smith would work on it.
Fyi I'm near Banbury Oxford

Where would I be able to get it waterproofed to a certain point.

No need to do anything if it works well. Dont know about UK Im at the other side of Europe.

Its probably waterproof as well all my ZZFs have been I have swimmed with all of them all summer long.

Never serviced or waterproofed any so far.

what about the SA3130 inside the ZZF V3? Is that SA a time bomb?

As for the isert that stands out ..
It's zzf's disease. Try to push in gently. Be careful not to break it. If it does not go in then you can stick.
But you have to know how to do it. I do not recommend removing all these bezels just the insert and sticking back carefully ..
When you take out the bezel with zzf, the plastic ring also comes out and it is difficult to put it back

The watch is perfect just the wrong pearl in zzf

I'd just like to say how pleased I am with this ZZF V2s with V3 bits.
The gentleman that sold it to me on here has really out done himself.

This is my first rep and it's strange we spend so much time looking at huge close ups photos of the rehaut and other issue with these watches. I forgot just how small those issues are now I'm holding the watch.

It looks and feels incredible.

Even without the Rolex name this watch is worth £300.

I would love to know the upgrades from V2s to V3 and how to tell the difference.

It's strange we spend so much time looking at enlarged photos of the rehaut and small details which are incorrect. We forget just how small those details are.

1) what is the movement in your ZZF V3 114060 ? Is it a clone movement ?
2) How much did you paid and where did you buy this watch ?
3) How is the bezel alignment ? On your photos it looks ok...
4) Did the markers have faded so far and is there any flaws on the markers ? For ex. : on the 12h marker ?

I realized that it's pretty easy to buy a Noob, but I'm looking for the best 1:1 version of the 114060 and I think ZZF have it.
