so far, in every picture I've seen of the of the crown, the JB is all jagedy...

I got my QC and rejected the watch, as the JB looked like starving rats had gnawed on it and there was pitting in the "B"

Let's see how the next one looks given that QC tend to magnify detail out of proportion...It might just be the way these things are, and, it is pretty tiny in real life after all...

lighting is a tricky bugger, the QC pics on Andrews site appear to show the correct polish on that edge bevel with a matte JB, mine had a shiny, grindy JB with a matte bevel.....

Price has dropped from 528$ to 478$ at both Puretime and InTime, I guess this limited edition is not selling as well as they hoped after one week.

How does the crown look?

It has the issues that were mentioned. Noticeable in a macro shot or with a loop. I doubt with the naked eye (certainly not my eyes)
it’s comfortable and for my taste a good size

Hey how's the sail cloth strap quality? Not sure if you have a Fifty Fathoms to compare?

The noob sail cloth wasn't close to the gen I purchased, wondering if ZF has improved this some how.

Not sure. I have an Aqualung with the sport strap

i have another FF with deployment. This is a tang buckle that seems identical to the extra strap I received with that one but I never tried it out.
The material seems to be the same. It feels good to me

I think it looks pretty good! Today I went to see the gen in the local AD, the case was pretty light compared to the SS version and felt very smooth to the touch, and the bezel clicks were quite loud. How does the rep feel in hand?

What a BEAUTY! Those real world shots you shared helped a lot for us to see the real hue of the dial and bezel. Many thanks.
This being a ceramic case and bezel is truly an astounding feat by ZF. I'm not so bothered by that crown, and the Gen does not have a white border on the date window, just like this rep.
