I'm one of the hurting Z Factory buyers! I wasn't very happy to wait 6 weeks and pay $100+ more.

The watches both look very nice IMO, finishing was meh. I had to sand and oil the bracelet. The lume on the ZF is very good, much better than the KW from what I've read.

That's a big plus.

I waited for both to come out, and everything was pointing out to the V6F/KW, and I went for that one. I don't know, I'm not much of a nitpick either, and saving $100 is quite the deal.

One of my qc so you guys may feast your eyes. Seems I got one of the better ones.

Seem to be always the same problems: triangle @12 is slanted, indices @3, @7 and @8 are slanted or out of the middle. The rest looks ok for me. Not a big problem, but I would be annoyed if this is my watch. Better pay $100 or $200 more for an absolute correct watch, than accepting slanted indices. The problem is: the ZF version isn't better with that horrible spacing of the numbers on the bezel! So for me at the moment: no rep Pelagos.

V6 seems to be more accurate, better bezel spacing and less dials with crooked markers. The movement also has a better holder.
ZF seems to have better, whiter lume. Is it worth $100 extra? I don't think so, still holding for a side by side comparison.

Ok, so... I got this message from another dealer.

The ZP Tudor we got many samples from V6 for taking pictures these two days and our camera was too tired and sent to repair the morning.
we have to finish the V6 pictures here then ask samples from ZP
so cannot send the pics for the ZF Pegalos fast now.
if possible, please ask PT for today's QC pics for the Pegalos. :)

When they say, ZP, I assume they mean ZF and not KH? The pics I see on PT are not updated. I am assuming McClarenDude's is the KH.

Does anyone have a QC pic (like recent) that they can post?

I must be blind. Are you saying those markets are off in the photo posted in #22 above?

I just noticed on my V6 that the minute hand points between the minute markers at the top of each hour instead of directly on the minute marker. Anyone else have this issue or is it a defect with the movement?

@horn34

That sounds like the hand simply isn't set correctly.
The hands can be re-set easily by a watch smith - even by yourself if you own some tools and if you are skilful ;)

I always wondered what the other rubber strap is for. Looks like it's a rubber nato or a rubber divers extension.

Xmas promo @ Psychospike's corner USD338 + shipping!
I vote ZF for better lume and straight markers. (seen from psychospike's photos)
If the rep you are getting is the same as the photos, it's a keeper!

got the ZF on xmas wholesale for $320 total shipped to conus, glad i waited and didnt spend $100 more on the V6, ill take the slightly larger spaced numbers over a sloppy bezel and poor lume
