I have watched many comparison videos on billibilli from China, and it seems that the general consent is that ZF is much more superior than ASPF China. They said ASPF is a fairly new factory based in Taiwan and the technical spec and reliability is worse than ZF version.

glad i can help, i am still waiting for my black dial ZF 15400 to arrive. Then i will be replacing it with a gen dial. I am still looking for a black DW there isnt any available right noww.

In addition to the dial, there is a noticeable different for the hand as well and the clasps. ZF beat APS in all factors except the thickness part.

Do you mean that the zf hands have inconsistent lume thats not matching the indices and the bevel on the bezel is too steep?

I don't think you will be able to tell the difference by watching videos to be fair.

No I think he means that the ZF hands are significantly better than the more flat APSF ones. Same goes for the clasp.
In real life most of these flaws don't really matter as they are so small and trivial. Unless it's something glaringly wrong, no one will even notice and if they do, you can be 98% sure you are standing next to legend.

Yes of course that statement is valid only if the guy is standing next to me when I am standing next to QueTip, and after your call it out and I relate the message to the unfortunate owner. Has always worked that way broski. :legend:

I think top is ZF and that is close to Gen and and the bottom is APSF.

Yes that is what I meant. Its just those small details that add up and lead to the conclusion that ZF is more superior than APSF

Gen dial is the way to go. They’re pretty reasonably priced. Hope you’ll get your watch soon.

It's the same exact lighting, and since I've handled them with my hands as well I can attest that the ZF are flatter.

I actually snapped a few pics before I disassembled these two (ZF and APSF). If you did yourself, let me know. If you did practice by video, then here are some more info for you if you need to decide which one to pick. I know which one I'll choose.

If you can't identify the ZF from the fugly hands or case, it's to the left in combined pics and if you can't identify the APSF from the atrocious dial it's to the right. I also added note above the pics. This was suppose to be posted in a separate thread but I forgot until now.

I can't really tell from that picture. So I posted both watches from a number of angles above for those who have not handled the watch. I won't break down the watch again to photograph the parts but I can snap a few macros with another lens if it's of interest.
