So after owning both the 312 and 320 KW factory models I gave the ZF a shot on the 328......I have to say its been a huge letdown.

The ZF feels tinny and cheap. The bezel and crystal are super thin. The dial is terribly painted with paint chipping off the edges. Lume is not good. Cg is poorly cut and poorly finished. The rubber lever gasket was shredded in pieces inside the lever that was floppy. Hands are really cheaply finished with rough edges.

Overall if this is the ZF quality I'm glad I opted out of the 389 and the new 382 Bronzo. KW is far superior and his watches just feel like gens. That is my take.

I've thought these looked cheap since the get-go -- sorry it took you buying one to confirm it. Bad news for the Bronzo fans. I hope that doesn't turn out to be the Bronzo Z-Fac Zeppelin haha

The 389 I got from ZFactory was awesome. Great fit and finish. Dial and hands were quality. Even the angles and material quality were top notch.

Please guys don't be dogmatic

Of course KW watches are really very very good and have showed they are really well finished and get an awesome gen-like appearance, whereas ZFac watches have showed very high quality too but some inconsitency in the final results.
BUT, neither KWs are perfect nor ZFac are as bad as you say
Just KW have more consolidated quality and ZFac is jsut starting to produce First Class replicas. But we should to think in the future

I have got KW PAM 417, PAM 312, PAM 359, PAM 388, PAM 505 and PAM 351, all them are awesome this is the truth. The last released KW PAM 346 seems impressive and the movement seems really nice and accurate enough. But I have just received a sample of the TSW PAM 505 made by ZFac and is very similar (at first sight) to KW PAM 505, and its finish is awesome too. I will make a comparison review asap.

Regarding PAM389, I was completely disappointed by the knurling bezel and PAM 382 is running in the same way. The rest, leaving aside some gaps between ceramic and metallic bezel, seems really promising and with high quality and appearance. A great replica indeed. I had bought it with a correct and well polished bezel knurling

Therefore keep wise and realistic and wait some time to get the real results

Really? Have had HEAPS of KW and ZF watches now too. KW 312/359/320/388 and ZF versions of the 312/359 (cant even remember the others that have gone through my hands). They both felt awesome and very gen like in terms of weight.

And when compared to each other pretty much indistinguishable.

I ended up keeping the KW312 and the ZF359 purely for the fact that these 2 were my favorite.

As I wrote on RG, my ZF 389 stopped working. My watchsmith found rust in the movement. This was nail to the coffin - no more jumping on ZF wagon from me. Bye bye rattle bezels and not-flat hands not mentioning not aligned dial printings. :(

That was probably only due to the PAM389 with the rattling bezel issue right? Most rep watches that have rotating bezel rattle and sound cheap thats why I try to avoid watches with rotating bezels. If you have a Breitling Skyland/Rolex Sub-C it is very noticeable on those watches.

Rust in the movement? I dunno about that. My watchmaker also worked on my ZF movement but he said it was a very good copy.

For others you may have better luck. For me KW and Noob have set the bar extremely high. ZF watch just felt cheap overall, even the steel used felt light. The bracelet was a piece of crap, hard to open, rattly and squeaky, and the insides of the links were poorly finished. I've own both gen and rep bracelets and Noob is insanely close. Probably less than .01% difference to gen.

This was just about my opinion of course but it was enough to sway me to not purchase again....especially at their pricing.

Yes its from the ZF factory and I've heard countless reports of crowns falling off, bracelets falling apart, arriving doa, etc. There is a reason a ton of them were dumped off soon after arrival....

Isn't tudor black bay from z factory?

As you can see people are meaning I'm right

The main issue from Zfac is the inconsistency of the quality, some people say ZFac reps are magnificent but others say they have problems

I have KV pam 417 and 351 as well as z factory 389 and their new Tudor. Love them all BUT the higher quality construction goes to Kuvarsit. I will be getting the KV 346 and 359 and expect the highest level of quality from these also.
