Nothing obviously offensive to the eyes concerning the date but I haven’t memorised what all gen variants look like. Hands are a touch whiter than the hour markers

Thank you KSwatches the dates do look very good from your pics, I think ZF got it even more accurate than the XF one.
It is a pity for me personally that the 2824 movement was used instead of the 2836 movement. I always am a sucker for instant date changes, though I admit that this is inconsequential for most.

Welcome back Repworld
Post anything you want by all means but please, no "flawless" and "1:1" claim for the ZF diver.
Before claims like that surface, the ZF diver is NOT "1:1" but yes it is a very good rep, and I rate it above the JF one personally.
This is my opinion, and once again, not an absolute fact.

So my zf diver arrived and boy, its a nice watch. However the movement is shitty (i believe a2824). It loses close to a minute overnight when resting on the side with crown up. My question is, possible to buy an eta2836 to replace it? Is it a direct swap for dial, hands, datewheel etc?

The ETA2824 datewheel cannot be used on the 2836.
Just get your movement serviced or a low beat movement conversion done.

Hi mate,

fancy seeing you in these threads!

I am looking at this model after you pointed me in this direction as another option to add to my collection.

But iv noticed there is a ZF now with two different movements:

1. Base Movement: Japanese MIYOTA 9015 automatic

2. Asian 2824 automatic movement at 28800vph

What is the better option? Just when I wanted to pull the trigger this is another spanner in the works.

Here are the links:

Between the 2, I will recommend the 15703 (second link).
Miyota 9015 movements aren't my personal favorite for a few reasons.

Hello, can you develop for the Miyota?
I intend to order some soon but in carbon version and I was ready to take it with this Miyota and not the Asian movement.
Thanks for the feedback.

I will not recommend the Miyota IF you want a quiet movement which can be converted to the correct 21600bph.
The rest of the watch like cyclop, dial, case, etc can all be modded like the A2824 movement otherwise.

Is it possible to turn the inner bezel using the pusher at 10olock for the 15703?
