I am planning to have someone oil up the inside to quiet down the movement and waterproof the watch. Any other suggestions? was thinking about Prof Crystal replacement also

Maybe change the red rubins in the movement for ones in gen color which is more purple.
And maybe close the pinion hole in the second hand.
But the rest is pretty much perfect for a ootb rep in my eyes.
