this one has soft sweeping second hand and a transparent back (which I like).
I don't like the silver logo Tag Heuer (it's not that shinny on the gen).
Actually, I almost went for that one :
http://www.watcheden.com/tag-heuer-mona ... 1-p-1.html
because the rubber strap is nice (not as the gen though) but same issue with the logo.

Let us know if you buy one of these.
Thanks for the video link.

Already purchased from Hont just that I confused him and he brought a blue and white v1 by mistake.

Waiting for him to get this one v2 orange blue pvd. Sticking to Quartz after asking golgi about his, will get a 7750 when its released. Logo is meant to be Black & Silver not sure on size.

What do you think of this one that I'm trying to get?

Flaws are the dial @ 3 is wrong, date wheel should be black ( But I like THE big front). Hope the Case quality is good.

i'm interested to. I am liking the cartel version (don't know what the cartel part is for) from t4D but now hearing that their is a battery? and that none of the dials work (except the main one) makes me second guess this. any thoughts?

The 1969 edition looks nice... until you notice the giant metal plug on the right side. Oops. They probably took a normal rep case, drilled a hole on the other side and turned the movement upside down, then stuck a plug onto the original crown hole.

I just received my TAG monaco 40 years re-edition from watcheden.
Very well packed and faithfull to the pictures.
I'll probably post some pictures later on but here is what I can say so far :
- Good quality sainless steel
- Working chrono (quartz movement)
- Don't know how to adjust the date for now
- The button at the nine position is a fake one, does nothing at all.
- handle at 9 moves with the chrono
- handle at 3 moves from 0 to 60 but don't know what it measures :) It moves very slowly (it went from 20 to 40 in 4 hours)

@desmoquattro : The "giant metal plug on the right side" is the one you use to set the time :) The one on the left does nothing.

Globally a good rep, deploy buckle is a little bit lose and the dial color is deep blue instead of turquoise blue as I wanted.

I'll post pictures in the review section, I'll let you know when done.

This watch has grown out of me now, I don't know why. Maybe because not a lot of people were as excited about it as I was. I'll wait though, a better version might be released in a couple of months.

yea, the date dials not working, and white background in v2 kinda put me off. The one on WE i was looking @ had a working chrono, which was nice, but still not fully working. I can live with one of the dials not working, but no date!?!? battery driven?!? it's almost too much. I would gladly pay $200+ for one of these that works
