Thank you joegrimm ! :) I think also, that this should be final version. If any of you see something BIG on the dial, that should be changed, please write. Thank you.

As usual a good job my friend!!!

As far as I can see there are some small flaws:
1. The ROLEX "R"; the lower rh leg is bowed iso straight
2. The ROLEX "O"; is oval iso round
3. The "oyster" "s"; the top curve should be equal to the lower one.
4. The DEEPSEA "S" the top curve should be equal to the lower one.

Good luck!!!

1K1K1 looks good dude, what printer are you using? and how are you creating the images in photoshop?
If you stealing them as .jpgs from the web then they are at a screen resolution of 72dpi. Making the file to the maximum dpi doesnt mean it will necessarily print better quality. Optimal DPI is dictated by the output medium and size. I usually find that unless your printing lytho, 300 - 600DPI produces high quality output on any medium but it all depends on the output size (for example if you have a 600 pixel x 600 pixel image at 300DPI, it will output at 2 inches square as 600÷300=2), hope this helps you get a crisper image.

Hi murklemark ! :) OH yes, thank you I forgot that .. I will use my friends ink jet for photos, for the nice deep black color. WIll print on white decal sheet. SO far the original picture is 1200x1200 and yes 72dpi. But for the printer, the printing quality can differ, because when you print on low resolution, the printer will just flack big bubble of paint, and if on hight resolution, it will flask smaller bubbles, for better crisp image, if you know what I mean :) and I am not stealing them on the net. I have made a nice circle in photoshop, filled black color, measured and put minute marks, calculated the position of the date window, added nice hour marks, for font I have used the max similar font, and then reedited it like a picture, increasing the brightness and levels, to still be nice sharp.

UPDATE9: "DEEPSEA". was a little too tall.

The Oyster "S" is much better now, The DEEPSEA "S" better but not totally imo. The top curve is not the same as the lower curve.

Besides that I can't see any change in the ROLES "R" and "O"....

Cheers!!!

Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but the E's on your dial doesnt look the same. The top and bottom horizontal bars are the same length on the gen. On yours it's medium, short and long.
Should more look like long, short, long.

The Es on the lower part of the dial looks good though.

watchfaker now that is what I wanted ! Detailed information what to correct with marking it on the picture :) Will try to shorten the middle "bar" of letter "E".

Beery, please what do you mean with the ROLES on "R" ? I don't understand.
As for the "O" I have made it a bit more round. The Rolex sign is originally copied from the Rolex Website with Coronet

Thank you rychastings

Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but @1kenny1kenny1, how did this turn out in the end? Did you manage to put this on base plate?
