Check the buyer reviews on Watcheden. They've had their ups and downs, most significant of which was the tendency for buyers to choose one watch, only to receive another. However, I think that they've managed to get this under control, or at least I haven't heard of any recent problems.

I like Watcheden!

A friend and I have bought a total of 6 between us during last year. We have been happy with everything we have received thus far. I might recommend another dealer for reps above $250. There selection is by far the best for watches under $200.

So many watches on there website no way do they have the ability to get them all... this tricks a lot of new members. That being said they seem to be handling their problems a lot better than they have in months prior.

If they reduced the amount of wathces they show on their site to ones that are actually still in production, it would save them a significant amount of grief.

HI, Pitomoro!

You'll be treated well with Emily @ Watcheden. I've purchased three watches from her and they all arrived in excellent condition in a relatively short period of time (9 days for Northeastern PA). Watcheden's customer service is very good and are customer-oriented. Emily and her staff with notify you when shipping occurs, give you the necessary info. When I've had questions (in the past), WatchEden was prompt in replying. The watches I received -- a Rolex TT Submariner w/gray dial, an Omega Seamaster Chrono, and a Rolex Milgauss w/black dial were exactly as pictured. The first two reps are posted in the "Eyecandy" forum so you may want to do some quick reviews to find the posts & check them out. I don't recall if I've posted pics of the Milgauss w/black dial. (have the disease CRS -- can't remember shit.) I'd buy from Emily & WatchEden in a second w/o any hesitation.

I ordered 5 watches now in 2 batches. First order was half december. Their payment method (provider) is the worst I've seen. You always receive an error but nontheless it's possible the payment is made (and like in my situation, end up paying double).

Not all watches are in stock so I guess they have way too many watches on their site. Communication (pm here and email) are pretty good. I've send many pm's and mails and almost always received an answer/reply within one day (keeping in mind I live in the EU so there is a big time difference).

I don't have received the watches yet so I don't know the quality yet but I also ordered a watch at silix at the same time as watcheden and he send me QC pictures before I even asked for it and I received that watch last week already while the T&T status from watcheden hasn't changed in a week (don't know whats normal though).

I'll update after I have recieved my watches. I'm curious after reading the post about more expensive watches. Ordered a $325,- watch there too so...

I've bought three reps from WE over the last year and a half and have always got my watches.

My first experience was a 42mm PO. At payment I got the error message but luckily I had read the posts about this common problem so didn't try paying again. I contacted WE and they confirmed payment went through. When the PO arrived the pin on the clasp was broken. I tried to get it fixed by a watchsmith when I got it adjusted (he soldered it together) but it broke again a week later. When I contacted WE they immediately sent me a replacement bracelet (not just clasp). It has been great since. So good customer service when something went wrong.

I then bought a SMP Bond Edition that is still working fine. And in Nov/Dec last year I bought another 42mm PO but with a rubber strap. No problems again with that.

I've been very happy with WE and (luckily) haven't experienced any problems. I have bought from timesshops before also (a Cartier Ballon Bleu for my gf and an moonwatch for me) and found their delivery to be a lot quicker than WE. One week versus maybe two and a half.

I think WE is good as long as you have patience as it seems to take them longer to issue a tracking number and then deliver.

By the way, if not all watches avaliable, what you use to do? ask them before buying? Whats the normal process when buying in WE?
thx

I agree with Aipom. I have bought three watches from WE (and a pair of Gucci loafers) and all were very nice for under $200. The Milgauss was on sale for under $80, has a sapphire glass face and I go swimming in the Gulf with it all the time! They are very friendly to deal with and shipping was relatively fast to FL. Hats off to WE!
