Don't you have to sign for the watch?
I've always been curious about this... when the local post office branch manager delivers my EMS packages (roughly 60% of the time) he demands a photo-id and a signature, my regular postman (about 35% of EMS deliveries) signs his name on the ticket and leaves it in my box (he has my permission) and the fill-in delivery guy (about 5%) is hit and miss... he's left a few without signature, he's knocked and asked for signature a few times and he's also occasionally left the "you have a package at * branch of USPS, you must pick up there and sign...*
I wonder if there is any SOP for EMS deliveries... I'd guess Signature Required would be it, but that doesn't seem to be to harshly enforced.
