On a good day, you can cross the city on foot in a matter of hours. Anywhere in the city is 45 minutes from anywhere else as the public transport is so good.

This city existed for an awful lot of centuries before cars were invented. In my life, I've never needed to own a car.

Was actually a decent car.

Drive a 2004 Volvo S60 now. Totally different car than the 850. More luxurious and practical. But not as fast or European. Trade-offs...

My folks had an old Volvo station wagon. You know the 'death trap' diesels of the 80's. Ours was that rust color. Is it just me, are did the auto industry take a break during the 80's. Talk about conservative, jeez. Anyways, have hated Volvo ever since.
