I have been looking at this thread for days and the question is impossible lol. I simply could not limit myself to 5 watches if I had an unlimited budget. One trip to a decent sized Omega outlet would sort that list in an hour of shopping.

I can tell you three watches that spring to mind that would tick boxes one to four.

VC Deepstream
Rolex 5513 (on strap, bracelet or nato depending on the occasion)
Rolex 16803 Bluesy.

A wild card for me would be the AP ROO LeBron James but that also ticks many of the above boxes.

There would also have to be an Omega Speedy and Zenith El Primero in that mix too and of course the JLC Reverso and Moon phase oh and let us not forget the AP 15400.

Three watches that go everywhere with me to cover all bases are the VC Deepstream, 5513 and Zenith "Type 20" 45mm Pilot.

Gentlemen, I'm stoked to have my horizon opened by such esteemed members as @C Master, who, I assume, owns anywhere between 100 and 200 watches, and @Procurator. I thought I know what I want (never liked AP, never will), but holy mother of a smoking gun . . . there is some esoteric stuff out there for sure!

This thing is just blowing my head off!

. . . but this, is simply too much, even as a wildcard

Don't know enough to answer but it's pretty cool to see the are people here who actually have the exact watches they'd buy if money was unlimited.
Surely that's a reasonable "excuse"?

Fun thread!!!

1.- Daily watch: has to be precise, have date, submersible (yes I shower with my watch!) And sturdy enought... Rolex 16610 Luminova lug holes case.

2.- Business: A comfortable one that can go under the sleeve, not too flashy but quality enough... Rolex Datejust 36 arabic dial, plan bezel on oyster:

3.- Black tie: Elegant and classic one, precious material, thinner as possible... Patek Calatrava 6119r:

4.- Monaco boat show-off: Something different but classic, expensive and different: Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar white ceramic:

5.- And something you really can wear on the jungle, the desert, underwater or downtown Kingston (but you REALLY dont want to go downtown Kingston...): CWC Diver M.O.D. Issued:

Funny you had a CWC on the list.
Just today I watched the YouTube mad watch guy do his SOTC and a CWC was high on his list. Nice pick.
