New here - had to find somewhere to go with repgeek being down.

- Montblanc Timewalker (non-chrono black)
- UPO (Orange numbers, black bezel, on rubber)
- PAM 292K
- Milgauss GV
- Noobmariner (28.8K)
- Have a superlume white explorer (40mm) on order with Toro

I've been active for about 6-months on Repgeek. No trades yet - don't see me selling anything I have yet.

I don't appreciate the current constant jabbing against new members who say they were active on RepGeek.


I realize it is a precarious situation but I don't feel it is consistent with the culture that we are trying to get established here.


That is to try to retain as many of the best members who may be out of a medium temporarily to contribute to the hobby.


There are other forums they may choose to go to as well, we should accommodate as many members we can with open arms. Especially if they are not noobs and are able and willing to share their knowledge.

For better or worse the downtime happened to RG and if it would've happened here, just as many members would be actively seeking the alternative outlets.

Let's lead by example.
