Yet another first timer for puretime.

Hi folks.
i have read and read and spoken to a few guys on this fantastic forum, who gave me some pointers.
And I have finally made my first rep order at puretime.

I had a few emails back and forth with Jennifer who was great.
And have just made my payment and eagerly await my QC pics..

I have gone for the omega speedmaster 'moonwatch'.
As this has been my number one sought after time piece for a long time.

I think it's a great looking watch and cannot wait..

But I know patience is a virtue, and I have that and it will be a nice thing to look forward to..

Thanks to this forum for its invaluable experience and it's knowledge.

Obviously pics on the wrist when it arrives...

just waiting for QC pics not sure how long they will be. But it's fine.

I know I've made the right choice for trusted dealer.
And absolutely the right choice for watch as it's a classic..

Just wondered if other members here have or even like the famous moonwatch..

It's 50 years this July they wore that watch to go to the moon and a certain person (me) is 50 the same time..

So it was a absolute must to have that watch..

Hi. I just sent a email to the QC address.
and I got a instant auto reply about the labour day bank holiday.
And that it lasts 4 days.?
And this might result in a delay.

I was hoping to get QC pics this week, but maybe not I guess.
We just get the first Monday in may as a holiday.

Hi. This is one of my first qc pics that I got today.
I think I'm going to reject this one as it seems to me that the letters on the bezel seem as if they are worn or rubbed off.
The letter E, the last one is nearly missing.

I hope I'm not being to picky as the rest of the watch seemed quite perfect.
I know I'm going to have to wait quite a while now due to the holiday.
But it's fine with me.

After rejecting the first set of QC pics.
elana has contacted me this morning and they are getting a replacement and new QC pics will be on the way.

Received my second set of qc pics. And to my untrained eye this looks much better.
It was just a issue on the bezel last time and this one is OK.
So I think I'm going to to go ahead and accept it.

I have my tracking number now.
i guess from what I have read it.may take a few days for it to show up.
But now on its journey to myself i cannot wait.

I have a few friends who are interested to see it too.
They have seen the pics and one is already thinking of a Daytona..

So I hope I can bring some extra business your way Angus..

Just wanted to post a quick update.
my watch was only posted a day or two ago.
And I just got a text message from parcel force, here in the UK saying they have it now.
Could still be in transit or even in China.
but that's pretty decent .
I can track it via them now.
As well as the EMS tracking.
